Men and women can increase their libido, sexual desire, and sexual function via injection of the PT-141 peptide.
Peptide Therapeutics (PT-141)
For women with low sex drive and men who do not benefit from Tadalafil or Sildenafil, PT-141 is a viable option. This is available only by prescription and is taken via subcutaneous injections. Using a small needle, PT-141 is typically injected into the fatty tissue of the stomach or abdomen and directly effects the nervous system causing increased arousal in addition to increased blood flow to the genitals. PT-141 should be taken 60 minutes prior to intercourse and effects can last up to 3 days. Although this treatment is typically more expensive than an oral medication, even the most severe cases of ED can see results.

What Makes It Better
How we use PT-141 Therapy at Revived Medical
What is PT-141
PT-141 is a synthetic hormone that has been shown to increase the sex drive of men and women. The drug was originally developed to treat Cushing’s syndrome, a condition in which the body produces too much cortisol. It was later found that PT-141 can also increase sexual desire, as well as help people with substance abuse problems overcome their addiction.
How it Works
PT-141 works by stimulating receptors in the brain that are responsible for sending signals related to sexual arousal and orgasm. These receptors are called 5HT receptors and they are found throughout the body, including the brain, spinal cord, pituitary gland and other organs involved in regulating hormones such as dopamine.
What it's for
PT-141 can be used by men who suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED) or female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD). It’s usually taken as an injection once every two weeks, but it can also be given via a pill or patch. PT-141 should be taken as directed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food.
